Packaging Artwork Support From Concept to Production
Packaging artwork involves much more than placing a logo onto a pouch. Dimensions, sealing areas, gussets, zippers, valves, spouts, barcodes and printing requirements all need to be considered before production.
Our team helps prepare and optimize your files for flexible packaging manufacturing.

Artwork File Checking

Already have a design? We’ll check your artwork for common issues, including incorrect dimensions, insufficient bleed, low-resolution images, missing fonts, color settings, and elements too close to sealing areas.
Prepress & File Preparation

We prepare customer artwork for printing by adjusting file dimensions, bleed, color settings, layers and production marks according to the pouch structure and printing process.
Artwork Layout & Dieline Setup

Flexible packaging artwork must follow the actual pouch structure. We provide dielines and help position graphics correctly across the front, back, gussets, seals and functional areas of the pouch.
Mockup to Print-Ready Artwork

Only have a packaging mockup, concept image or reference design? Our team can help rebuild the artwork into an editable production file based on the approved pouch dimensions and dieline.

Mockup, Approval & Print-Ready Artwork
We provide a digital mockup or artwork proof for review, then finalize the approved design and prepare it for printing.
Packaging Design Must Consider How the Pouch Is Made
Flexible packaging artwork has unique production requirements. Graphics that look correct on a flat screen may appear differently once the pouch is formed, sealed or filled.

Zippers & Tear Notches
Important graphics should remain clear of zipper tracks, tear notches and sealing areas.
Bottom & Side Gussets
Artwork on gussets may fold or change orientation after the pouch is formed.
Spouts & Valves
Spouts, coffee valves and other fitments need to be considered during artwork positioning.
Sealing Areas
Text, barcodes and critical graphics should generally be kept away from heat-sealing areas.
Printing Methods
Artwork preparation may differ depending on whether the project uses digital printing or rotogravure printing.
