3side heat seal bag(Lay flat Pouch) is a very price-friendly bag type in digital printing, this is a cheapest type pouch for the all digital print pouches, you may has questions: why are you so certainly? Let me for example for fixed size Width 120* Height 150mm in a normally digitally print web fixed size width 30"* Length 44":

1) For 3 side heat seal bag/sachet(Lay flat pouch) there are two printing arrangement formats on the 760mm web digitally print machine: (Horizontal Setting and vertical Setting) (for example: 120*150mm)

Horizontal Setting can be placed 2 rows, so in one web round can do about 18pcs images; Vertical Setting can be placed 3 rows, so in one web round can do about 21pcs images;

2) For 3 side heats seal zipper bag(lay flat zipper bag) there is one printing arrangement format on 760mm web digitally print machine(for example: 120*150mm):

Horizontal Setting can be placed 2 rows, so in one web round can do about 18pcs images;

3) For stand up pouch or stand up pouch with zipper or stand up pouch with spout there is one printing arrangement format on 760mm web digitally print machine(for example: 120*150mm):

Horizontal Setting can be placed 2 rows, so in one web round can do about 18pcs images;

4) For Back seal wrapper( middle seal bag/ Pillow Pack sachet/ fin seal bag) there is one printing arrangement format on 760mm web digitally print machine(for example: 120*150mm):

Vertical Setting can be placed 2 rows, so in one web round can do about 14pcs images;

5) For side gusset pouch or qual seal pouch there is one printing arrangement format on 760mm web digitally print machine(for example: 120*150mm):

Vertical setting can be placed  2 rows, so in one web round can do about 14pcs images;

6) For flat bottom pouch(box Pouch) there is one printing arrangement format on 760mm web digitally print machine(for example: 120*150mm): 

Special instructions are required for the eight-side sealed flat bottom bag: this type bag need print twice individually, front and back side+ bottom gusset print together, and left side gusset+ right side gusset print together, compare with the other type bag, you will understand why flat bottom pouch(box pouch) price is higher then the other type bag:

Horizontal setting front and back side+ bottom gusset can be placed 2 rows, but need print separately for the left side+right side part, so in one web round can not finished one bag, at least need 2 web round can do about 18pcs images; 

7) Roll Stock film there is one printing arrangement format on 760mm web digitally printing machine(for example: width 240*repeat150mm):

Vertical Setting can be placed 3 rows, so in one web round can finished about 21pcs images;
